The family of Jason Bryner, a local Fort Myers chef who lost his life in January of 2018 asked Little Chefs In Training to create a cooking program for disadvantage young chefs in the honor of Jason.
Jason made cooking his career, following his older and also culinary-inclined brother, Derek, to Georgia, and then in 2010 to Sanibel. It was there that Jason was a lead line cook at The Sanctuary Golf Resort and his brother is the executive sous chef.
Jacquelyne Bryner, of Willoughby, Ohio, near Cleveland, Jason's older sister said "Jason had been working since he was 16 in the food industry," she said. "He definitely enjoyed cooking. When he visited he looked forward to cooking. He was very good. His cooking was homestyle, like comfort food."
As the owner of Little Chefs In Training is truly honored that our organization can carry on Jason legacy 's through other young chefs. Any funds donated will go towards creating a cooking program for disadvantaged youth in SWFL
