Our motto is "Where Cooking is a Sport" so we are introducing baking and cooking competitions starting in October. Students will be trained for 4 weeks and compete week 5. There will prizes and trophies for participants based on ranking. We will also have local chefs and bakers judging.

Week 1: October 7th - Creating Teams and Cake Design and Concept
Week 2: October 14th - Baking the Cake the perfect cake and frosting
Week 3: October 21st - Fillings and cake structure
Week 4: October 28th - Finalizing Cake and design or exterior .
Week 5 : November 3rd - Competition Day 8:30am
(Classes held Mondays @ 6pm for 2 hours)
Deposit of $100.00 due at sign up reminder of cost will be charged on Week 3 October 21st.
